FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS When does this game take place? What sort of time does it run in? May 1998, running in real time and starting on May 2nd. So this takes place right after the final battle then? Yep! Starts that morning. Can I play so and so? Most likely yes. If they aren't dead and have canon evidence for being alive then sure. We are requiring your character to be above the age of 14 but you are allowed to puppet younger siblings below that age as required too. Why is so and so dead? We know that 50 unnamed people were killed during the battle and the Mods killed off some of those that truthfully aren't played that often in our experience. Others of the 50s will be family members of characters being applied for. If you are completely desperate to play a character that is listed as dead please contact the mod and we'll attempt to figure something out. Can I play a vampire/werewolf/metamorphmagus/animagus etc? Perhaps. Werewolves would be more common after the war but still they and the others are very rare. We know there were twelve registered animagus or there about in the past century and it is highly unlikely your character is an unregistered one. Metamorphmagus's are incredibly rare with Teddy and Tonks being the only known ones. Vampires will be heavily moderated too. We might allow one or two in game vampires to be played. Can my character be bi/gay/transgender/transexual etc? Go for it! Well just as long as you keep it realistic. Not everyone will be that, in fact only 5% of the population is gay and remember in 1998 it wasn't all that accepted in society. If there are too many of the above in the game, we might cap them until it evens out a bit.
