Her mother's family had a history of being seamstreses and lady maids to the noble classes, in fact her mother was a Handmaiden to a lower Noble lady. Her father worked as a member of the City Gaurd. Her father raised her and her siblings while her mother worked during the days, he would work the evening and later shifts. She would also spend many of her formative years as a playmate to the children of the Lady her mother would work with. Despite that, she was always aware of her status in the world. Hannah enjoyed her childhood. She was quieter and often deferred naturally to those who were more out going and powerful than her, which her playmates liked. They knew they were higher ranked than her and she should defer to them. It was good for them all in the long run that she naturally did so. She would join them in games and lessons and while she did well she was always careful not to outshine or do too well at the classes. Her best subjects were the 'home economics' ones though. She took naturally to sewing and cooking among other things. When she wasn't with her friends, Hannah helped raised her siblings and became a second mother to them, especially Maria who was born when she was fifteen and was quite a surprise to the family. At the age of sixteen she began to court Joseph Roberts. The two of them had known each other for most of their lives and had gotten along well. It was around this time that she left the classroom and began to apprentice to a seamstress, having long decided that was what she wanted to do with her life before she completed her apprenticeship and was employed as a Seamstress. Using her connections and skills she's become quite well known within the community and is often used by the lower and upper working class families to provide outfits as needed. The next few years passed quietly and she and Joseph were married not long after she turned twenty. Just over a year later their first child was born. The two of them would go on to have two more children over the next eight years. Life is good for them. She loves her husband and adores her children and her work brings in more than enough money by itself even without factoring on Joseph's work. personality This is a super witty and awesome quote. Hannah is the type that prefers to sit quietly in the background only speaking up if she's spoken to or has something that she has to say and will make a big difference to the conversation she is involved in. That isn't to say though that she isn't like other girls her age, she's just quieter than most which shows in the way she behaves. She's an incredibly nice girl who goes out of her way to make sure people are happy, offering a word of support here, a shoulder to cry on and so forth. Hannah just doesn't understand being cruel to people that she doesn't like and will go out of her way to be polite to them even if she doesn’t truly like them. Hannah is not surprisingly, quite shy and hates having attention on her, she's content with the few friends she has and has no need to go out of her way to party, go clubbing and make new friends. If it happens, great but she is happy with the ones she has at the moment. Even her teachers didn't notice her that much, that was besides from her manners. She had been raised to always say please and thank you and she found it came naturally as well as using honorific's such as ma'am and sir which caused some students to tease her when they did notice it but over time they came to accept it as a part of who she was. Hannah, hates changes especially ones that disrupt her life in one way or another and can suffer from server panic attacks if the change is too much for her. Her worst one was when the war officially started. During those two years she suffered from a lot, though after the war they have started to ease though they haven't completely left her. She is a peaceful person. She hates violence of any kind to the point where she faints when she sees blood, especially a lot of it. She just doesn't get why people have to be cruel to others and not accept everyone. While she supports the Rebellion’s ideals she would never actively support them, preferring to keep her head down and not be noticed. appearance This is a super witty and awesome quote. Hannah stands at a comfortable 5'6 in flat. With red - auburn - hair and large eyes she can be described as cute at times especially with the paler skin that she has. She's always been fairly expressive, not bothering to hide her emotions, something some of her childhood friends didn't fully understand. Despite that she can come across as shy and awkward at times, often found lurking on the edge of a group and not fully participating in it.
